Ушбу мақоланинг мақсади тадқиқотчининг қийинчиликларга дуч келганда саволларига жавоб беришдир
илмий қўлёзмаларни индексланган халқаро журналларда нашр етиш жараёнида
халқаро маълумотлар базалари. Мақолада муаллифлар миллий муаллифнинг халқаро майдонда илмий-тадқиқот ишларини қандай тақдим етиши, хусусан, танланган тадқиқот соҳасидаги устуворликни тўғри аниқлаш, мақола тайёрлашга қўйиладиган халқаро талабларни таъкидлаш, тўғри йўналишни таъминлаш учун зарур бўлган жиҳатларни белгилаш бўйича амалий тавсияларга еътибор қаратишни мақсад қилган турли манбаларда ва тадқиқот ишларида маълумотлардан фойдаланиш қобилияти.
