Abstract

In the given article the author considers the general concepts and classification of corporate finance. In the first part of the article the author gives the general concept of ’'finance”, and also in details and comprehensively considers them. In the second part of the article the author gives concept to authorized capital of corporations. In the third part the author tells about details of concept of accumulation and stocks of corporations. In the conclusion the author offers the analysis of improvement of financial activity of corporations of Uzbekistan.
