Abstract

In foreign countries, in companies with dispersed ownership of shares, acquisitions take place already at the beginning of the XX century. The main reason for this is the liquidity of the securities market, which means the actual separation of ownership and management, and such phenomena took place initially in the USA and to a somewhat lesser extent in the UK
