Abstract

The personnel problem is one of the most acute for Uzbek science, such as the reduction in the proportion of scientists of the young, most productive age. Even now, the implementation of some important government programs is being hindered not due to a lack of financial resources and expensive equipment, but due to a lack of highly qualified researchers and engineers. In these conditions , the issue of preserving and reproducing the accumulated scientific potential becomes the most urgent problem .state .science policy in the medium term
