Abstract

The development ofpayment relations in cyberspace is inevitable as the development of Internet technologies in the modem economy. The absence of mechanisms for legal regulation of payment relations in cyberspace is a factor that not only hinders the development of alternative payment instruments, such as cyber currencies, but also poses a threat to economic security, as cyberfinancing processes already affect the real economy. The formation of the legal framework for the development of payment systems in cyberspace is a prerequisite for the development of the digital economy in the modem world.
