Abstract

 The article presents methodological rec­ ommendations to the authors on the choice of the title of the prepared scientific article, planning and architectonics of the content of the main sections of the text, compliance with the requirements of scientific journals. The main goal of this article is to provide answers to essential questions that arise from authors who have en­ countered difficulties in publishing the results of their sci­ entific work in top rated legal journals.
