Abstract

Currently, the role of innovation in the development of any state plays an important role. A huge amount of activity is being carried out in this direction. But along with the development of innovative activity, it is also necessary to develop a legal framework, issues of legal regulation of this activity. Systematic regulated interaction of the scientific, high-tech and educational sectors of the economy will ensure the receipt, dissemination and use of scientific and technical results, new technologies and high-tech products. Today, without this, a promising development of the economy is unthinkable.
