Abstract

In the introductory part of the article the author characterizes occurrence of problems of the corporate right. In the basic part of the article questions of the conflict of interests and corporate conflicts, the general reasons of existence of the conflict of corporate interests, factors of development of the corporate right, corporate management, corporate attitudes and the corporate right as a whole are considered. In the conclusion the author specifies necessity of perfection of the national legislation for sphere of corporate management and brings corresponding specific proposals.
