Abstract

In the introductory part of the article authors specify that functioning of a securities market is impossible without professionals. In the basic part the basic professionals of a securities market are comprehensively considered. In the conclusion authors come to opinion, that risks of professional participants of a securities market it is possible and necessary to supervise and reduce to a comprehensible level.
