Abstract

Work is devoted to features of institute of representation in the legal systems of Great Britain and the USA which for today is rather actual, first of all in connection with objectively existing tendency of growth of scales and deepenings of international economic cooperation. In the article the questions of concept, occurrence, maintenance and termination of representation relations are considered. The special attention is given the question of origin of representation as independent legal institute and to social and economic preconditions of its occurrence. In the conclusion the author gives the general conclusions on considered problem and the opinion about creative account of norms of Anglo-American system in regulation of institute of representation in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
