Abstract

In the introductory part of the article the author considers the general concepts of representation institute. Author notes that the given institute is poorly developed section of civil law. In the basic part the author considers general provisions and history of creation of representation institute. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion, that the institute of representation requires the further deep studying and completion in norms of civil law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
