Abstract

Among the most important problems and urgent tasks of corporate law are the definition of a set of shareholders' rights, ensuring their effective implementation and maximum protection of the legitimate interests of all investors, including large and small shareholders, both legal entities and individuals participating in joint stock companies (JSC) and other corporate institutions.
