Abstract

The modern civil legislation of any state contains the concept of civil rights of the parties. Based on this, partners entering into economic relations, including investment ones, should be sure that in the event of an investment dispute they will be able to find legal opportunities to protect their interests and that decisions made by competent authorities (for example, economic courts of different levels) will be executed.
