Abstract

After gaining independence, the Republic of Uzbekistan began to conduct independent foreign economic activity. One of the important goals of such activity is integration into the world economy and taking a worthy place in the world community of States. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to ensure that the legislative acts developed in the country comply with international standards. Therefore, it is of great interest to study and critically comprehend legislative acts developed in developed countries.
