Abstract

With the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the implementation of deep, large-scale socio-economic reforms aimed at entering market relations and corresponding qualitative transformations of the entire economic life of the country. For these purposes, work was launched on a proper legal basis to create a variety of forms of ownership on the basis of the denationalization and privatization of enterprises, the formation of large and small businesses, private entrepreneurship organized in the form of individual farms, joint stock companies and other organizations provided for by specially adopted laws and by-laws. acts.
