Abstract

 The formation of joint-stock property causes the need for its protection. In our opinion, the protection of the property rights of the owners of securities should be considered from the position of protection of ownership. In this regard, it is appropriate to cite the opinion of K.I.Sklovsky: "We can say that the very problem of the essence of ownership - whether it is a fact or a right - arose from the existing ways of protecting it."
 That is, the right of ownership is related to its protection. But in order to ensure the protection of property ownership rights, in this case securities, it is necessary to create an appropriate legal field.
