Abstract

With the proclamation of state sovereignty in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a complex of deep economic and legal transformations is planned, the result of which should be the creation of a balanced and effective system of private property relations in the country. But despite the legislative array accumulated in this area, the theoretical potential and practical measures, we have to admit that the system of legal support and the doctrinal understanding of the essence of private law relations are still far from ideal in our country.
