Abstract

Tourism is the powerful factor of activization of the international cooperation, strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding, cultural the people. Now tourism is one of the important directions influencing growth of economy, including on development of such spheres of economic activities. The great value for effective legal regulation of tourism has the international legal experience. In article the international contracts in the field of tourism, their classification are considered.
